Die 5 Day Vegan Challenge ist dein persönliches Starterkit in die simple, köstliche Welt der veganen Küche. Für die 5 Tage haben wir ein Mini Kochbuch mit abwechslungsreichen, einfachen, ausgewogenen Rezepten kreiert. Portionen Angaben sind beim Frühstück für 1 Person und beim Mittag-/Abendessen für 4 Person berechnet. Wenn ihr also ein Haushalt von 2 Personen seid, reicht es fürs Abendessen und je eine Portion für den nächsten Tag zum mitnehmen.
